About the classes :
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Flow classes incorporate a fair amount of movement. Grounded flow is appropriate for newer students. Power flow as the most vigorous and aerobic, is best suited for those with an established practice.
Spin Camp combines a vigorous workout on stationary bicycles followed by resistance training with weights.
